Training and coaching

Through the TFA Academy you follow modules on parenting, etiquette, hospitality and family management. You also have a dedicated coach at TFA, including after you have started.

We do not place people for a few months. We ask candidates to commit to a family for several years. That gives the children a familiar face and gives you a steady place to grow.

How your application works

We take the time to get to know you, because a good match is nicer for everyone. After your application we review your CV, then there is an online introduction and after that a conversation at our office in Utrecht. We then screen carefully and introduce you to a family that suits you.

After ten years as a Nanny and later as a Family Assistant I know the substance, the responsibility and the value of this profession. As an entrepreneur and mother of three children I also know how much it means to have someone at home you can fully rely on.
Because I have done the work myself, I know what it takes: being service minded, a genuine passion for working with children and above all having antennae. Sensing what is going on, anticipating the situation and acting before anyone has to ask.
